The CV Transaction Management System (TMS) consists of three sub-systems in support of pinned and signature based monetary transactions: the CV Switch Management System, the CV Device Handler System, and the CV Authorization System.

- Switch Management acts as a true switch and traffic manager for all transactions, translating between message formats across endpoints (device handlers, authorization, external networks such as STAR, VISA, VDPS, CIRRUS, in-house and off-site CPUs).
- Device Handler supports ATM and POS devices in native and emulation mode, including statement printing, OAR selection, image-enabled deposits, cash and check deposit automation, multi-language, foreign currency, split deposits, electronic journaling, and remote key loading.
- Authorization System accesses in-house user application files for transaction decision-making and posting across checking, savings, credit card, loans and more — with installation experience interfacing to other major financial software suppliers.
- All traffic is logged for reporting, on-line viewing, audit control and downstream interfaces.
