The CV Dispute Tracking System (DTS) manages customer disputes originating at owned and non-owned terminals. It supports ATM, POS, ACH, home banking, debit card and other dispute types with automatic calculation of action dates per RegE and other predetermined controls. Unlike other systems, DTS verifies entry data with in-house cardholder, application and device files — eliminating duplicate data entry.
